Not only did they take the time to explain what was good and better about the selection, when we made our choice and it wasn't something they had there in their store room - the owner Larry told the salesman in the shop to give us the upgrade for the same price so we could get it the next day! Delivery was exactly when they said it would be, set up and clean up went very well, they made sure we had the extra parts and knew how to properly use the bed. Thank you guys!
